Rosella House starts with a great location (just up the street from Starbucks and Riverstone), and steps up with unique painted halls and lobby. Each apartment comes with heat, hot water and cable. You will notice each roomy suite has some unique feature wall. These "out of the box" features are appreciated by the mostly adult residents in this smaller building. One cat is permitted with a pet deposit. We now have a resident manager onsite.
