Burlington, Ontario – Gateway Property Management Corporation has achieved the BOMA BESt Level 1 certification for Martha Terrace.  

Martha Terrace, a 119-unit rental apartment building managed by Gateway, meets all of the BOMA Go Green Best Practices in environmental management and has been awarded the 3-year certification.    

This is the first certification Gateway has received in Ontario and it is the eighth certification in Canada for Gateway.  

Gateway continues to take a leadership role in environmental issues using its Compliance Tool to monitor education as outlined in their Environmental Policy and by participating in environmental certification for the properties they manage.
