Vancouver, BC – Gateway Property Management Corporation has been awarded the consulting contract to direct the marketing and lease-up of the 92 live/work studios currently under development by Grosvenor at “The Rise” in Vancouver.

The Rise is a spectacular mixed-use project under development at Cambie Street and 8th Avenue in Vancouver.  Grosvenor, the developer, expects to complete the project later this year and has already secured the contracts of such retail giants as Save on Foods, Home Depot and Starbucks.  

On the residential side, Grosvenor sought the expertise of Gateway’s marketing team to develop the marketing plan and lease-up the residential rental units.  “This project is not simply another business undertaking for us,” says Scott Ullrich, CEO.  “Four years ago, we made the strategic decision to establish an in-house marketing department.  We wanted to ensure we were leading the way with superior marketing practices that would in turn help our clients reach their property goals.
