Toronto, Ontario – Demonstrating innovative, self-serve business technologies and real-time vacancy listings for prospective tenants, Gateway Property Management Corporation took 1st place in the Property Management Website competition at the Annual Awards Celebration hosted by the Federation of Rental-Housing Providers of Ontario (FRPO).      

Real estate professionals from across the country attended the awards celebration where a staggering number of entries, in several categories, had previously been submitted.  Gateway’s website was in development for a full year prior to its launch last month-making it into the competition just under the deadline date.      

“We are delighted to receive the award and to be recognized among our peers,” says Keith McMullen, Gateway’s Vice President, Multi-Family Investments, who was in attendance to accept the award.  “Effective communication is the most important business challenge we face today.  Our new website allows us to communicate exceptionally well with our employees, our clients and our prospective tenants.”
