Kamloops, BC - Gateway Property Management Corporation has partnered with Sheridan Property Management in Kamloops to expand its resort management and grow their business in BC's interior.

In a business arrangement that works well for both parties, Gateway has purchased Sheridan's 350,000 sq ft portfolio of commercial properties along with their 3,500 unit multi-family portfolio.  Sheridan's President, Mona Murray, will continue to operate the Kamloops office under the Sheridan name.  

"We share the same values and vision and see no reason to jump into any kind of re-branding strategy," says Scott Ullrich, Gateway's CEO.  "In the end, Sheridan's customers will benefit because of the economies of scale we bring and Gateway will benefit by learning more about the Kamloops market from those with a record of success."
