Kelowna BC  - Gateway Property Mangement Corporation opened its newest office this month in Kelowna.  The office will serve Gateway's growing client list in the interior of BC.

Gateway's portfolio in the interior includes multi-family rentals, condominiums and resort properties.  Most recently, the company purchased the entire strata management portfolio of the Kelowna firm, Graham P. Allan Property Management Ltd.  

"Our family has vacationed in Kelowna for many years," says Scott Ullrich, CEO.  "It's a thrill for us to be contributing to the community and expanding our business here."
