London, Ontario - Gateway Property Management Corporation has purchased the multi-family portfolio from London's ICORR Properties Management Inc.  The purchase adds an additional 2,200 units to Gateway's growing portfolio bringing the total number of units in southern Ontario to 4,347.

"Bringing these additional units on board generates the economies we need to operate a regional office in London," says Scott Ullrich, CEO.  "Our enthusiasm is not just about opening a new office but also the experience we will gain because of the top-notch ICORR employees that have agreed to join the Gateway team."  At least 5 long-term ICORR employees will run the new office located in the heart of downtown London.
